Interviewing at Aperture

Are you ready to join the Aperture team? Here is what you can expect from our hiring and interview process:

Step 1: Apply

Keep scrolling to view our current job postings. If you are selected to proceed, a representative from our People team will reach out to you to schedule a time to connect. We will provide you with an overview of the role and ask a few questions regarding your experience, availability, and salary expectations.

Step 2: Role-fit Interview

If you have been selected to proceed to the interview process, a time will be scheduled with you to meet with the hiring manager for the role. You will discuss details about the role and responsibilities and share your relevant experience with our team member(s).

Step 3: Culture-panel Interview

If the Aperture hiring manager agrees you are a good fit for the role, you will proceed to a Culture-panel Interview. The Culture Panel is a group of cross-functional Aperture team members who will ask questions about your working style and relating to others. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions to people from across our team.

Step 4: Executive Interview

If you are selected to proceed after the Culture-panel interview, the final step in the process is to meet with our CEO, Jessica Adamson. You will learn more about our mission at Aperture and the vision we hold for this company. It’s also a great opportunity to ask our leadership additional questions about the company and culture.

Field Sales Manager

Job Summary

As a Field Sales Manager (Field Partnership Manager), you will be integral to our sales team in acquiring new business in a territory with huge growth potential, forming new partnerships with school districts in the CA region. In this role, you will have the autonomy to own the new business growth and development of a largely untapped territory, while benefiting from the support of the entire Aperture organization, one that celebrates individual growth and fosters a culture of caring that is part of our company DNA.

Field Partnership Managers at Aperture take a consultative approach, partnering with district leaders and building trusted rapport to identify and understand their goals and challenges and demonstrating how Aperture Education’s products can be a strategic solution to meet their needs. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from contact to contract via strategic outbound efforts and inbound lead response.
