Interviewing at Aperture

Are you ready to join the Aperture team? Here is what you can expect from our hiring and interview process:

Step 1: Apply

Keep scrolling to view our current job postings. If you are selected to proceed, a representative from our People team will reach out to you to schedule a time to connect. We will provide you with an overview of the role and ask a few questions regarding your experience, availability, and salary expectations.

Step 2: Role-fit Interview

If you have been selected to proceed to the interview process, a time will be scheduled with you to meet with the hiring manager for the role. You will discuss details about the role and responsibilities and share your relevant experience with our team member(s).

Step 3: Culture-panel Interview

If the Aperture hiring manager agrees you are a good fit for the role, you will proceed to a Culture-panel Interview. The Culture Panel is a group of cross-functional Aperture team members who will ask questions about your working style and relating to others. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions to people from across our team.

Step 4: Executive Interview

If you are selected to proceed after the Culture-panel interview, the final step in the process is to meet with our CEO, Jessica Adamson. You will learn more about our mission at Aperture and the vision we hold for this company. It’s also a great opportunity to ask our leadership additional questions about the company and culture.

Regional Partnership Sales Lead (Remote)

Job Summary

The Regional Partnership Lead is responsible for managing the success of their team in an assigned region(s), serving on Aperture’s Inside Sales Team (“Partnership Team”). Our Partnership Reps drive the company forward by supporting school districts and organizations throughout the country, focusing on new business acquisition. Partnership Reps are the first line of contact for inbound marketing leads and plan thoughtful, strategic outbound approaches to grow their territories.

The Regional Partnership Lead will report to the Director of Sales and lead their team by providing guidance, coaching and mentorship. You will support daily activities including overseeing the performance of your sales team by tracking goals, setting individual targets, and facilitating ongoing training. This person is highly self-motivated, enjoys leading and coaching others, craves the satisfaction of exceeding goals, is metric driven, strives for continuous learning, is futuristic, strategic, and thoughtful in their approach and is driven to serve their team in order to grow the company.

Product Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary

The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping identify product value and crafting messaging through a continued understanding of Aperture’s existing and new product offerings. As part of the Product Marketing team, this role is responsible for supporting the product lifecycle and working collaboratively within the Product Marketing department. This position effectively supports the development of the go-to-market strategy, helps engage new customers, and retains customer loyalty.
